Completed in 2026, Papiton Allo was handcrafted by the renowned master boatbuilders of Ara Village, Bulukumba, the birthplace of the legendary phinisi, Indonesia’s traditional wooden sailing vessel.
Here, every timber is carefully shaped by hand using techniques passed down through generations, preserving one of the world’s last great living boatbuilding traditions and a maritime heritage found nowhere else in the world.
