Passion to Purpose
Travass Life journey was started back in 2015 by our CEO & founder, Adel. A marketing-communication major graduate who shared a big passion to traveling,ocean, local community, and tropical islands. When most of her college friends grew career in corporate companies or agencies after graduating, she decided to connect her
love of Indonesia’s archipelago to tourism business and turned it into a purposeful travel company, that we all know now as Travass Life.
Seven years and thousands of satisfied travelers later, Travass Life’s family has grown from only one ‘Chief-Everything-Officer’ to few young people who shared the same passion of traveling

Based in Labuan Bajo, Indonesia. We’re specialized in trips to authentic tropical islands in Indonesia. We will expose our travellers to different local experiences, cultures, exotic islands, wild life and new inspiring people both the locals and the travellers who are in our exclusive travel group. We curate authentic itineraries for you, have weekly sailing trips and adventures, and also will capture all your travel memories that you’ll cherish forever.
Story of Us
Like many beautiful things in the world, it all started with a dream. In 2015, as a young college student, I dreamed big—I wanted to travel the world and make a difference. During my university years, I often found myself skipping classes, chasing new experiences in unfamiliar places. I craved adventure and the thrill of independence: navigating foreign lands, meeting fascinating people, embracing the freedom of the open road, and savoring the unpredictable journeys that brought me from one moment to the next. That feeling was priceless.
A few months after graduation, I found the courage to turn my dreams into reality. With little more than a vision, I started my own travel company. No safety net, no funding from my parents—just belief and ambition. Everything felt uncertain, the path ahead a blur. I didn’t know if it would succeed or fail, but I threw myself into it anyway.
I started small, trusting in myself and the experiences I had gathered. Those weekends spent exploring new places, meeting people from all walks of life, shaped me. They filled me with invaluable knowledge, teaching me lessons I couldn’t have learned any other way.
Of course, the road wasn’t always smooth. There were challenges and setbacks. But looking back now, it’s almost amusing to see how far I’ve come. What once felt impossible is now my reality—a dream come true.
Today, I’m proud of how Travass Life has grown, especially my dream team. I’ve never imagined Travass Life has become something so meaningful to so many people now. My dream has always been to offer people unforgettable adventures and make them smile. I’m happiest when I see our travelers experiencing life-changing moments: doing things for the first time, proposing to their partners on our boat, or sharing the beauty of the world with their loved ones. That’s the essence of Travass Life—creating memories that last a lifetime.
I imagine them, years down the road, with gray in their hair, telling their children about their adventures with us—the day they jumped from the boat into the deep blue sea, swam with manta rays for the first time, or simply relaxed on Pink Beach, soaking in the sun.
Because at the end of the day, that’s what truly matters: the good moments shared with the people you love, and the memories you carry with you from this incredible, beautiful world.
