Coronavirus (COVID-19) Travel Information
Due to the ongoing global impact of pandemic COVID-19 until now 2021 and the likelihood of international borders remaining closed for an extended period of time, Travass Life has updated our COVID-19 bookings policies.
This global health crisis has impacted everyone enormously, so we want to make sure your future travel plans are safe, and reassure you that we are committed to supporting our customers in the best way that we can.
- Applicable to all new bookings that has been made between Nov 2020 – Jan 2021. You may postpone the booking to any date in 2021 & 2022 with the same destination without any additional booking fees.
- There’s no guarantee of ‘No rate change’ in 2022, for the travellers who’s fully paid the tour in 2020/2021, additional fees may apply.
- All the trips in 2021 are not refundable. If you want to cancel the trip by your own will, our regular cancellation policy will apply.
- Possibility to transfer to another destination and travel itinerary with full deposits deducted from final payment. The final payment will be adjusted according to changes in the travel itinerary, the time of the year and destination selected.
- All payments received will be transferred to the new, rescheduled booking.
- The travel credit can be used only for booking another tour offers of Travass Life and can’t be exchanged with money.
- For our non-Indonesians guests who are still not allowed to enter Indonesia, if you made the bookings in 2020, we extend your travel credit until 2022.
- The bookings you made in 2020 and 2021 are not refundable, if you want to cancel the trip by your own will, our regular cancellation policy will apply.
- We provide the guarantee of ‘No rate change’, with no additional fees for the postponed trip if choosing the same travel itinerary in 2021.
- There’s no guarantee of ‘No rate change’ in 2022, for the travellers who’s fully paid the tour in 2020/2021, additional fees may apply.
- Possibility to transfer to another destination and travel itinerary with full deposits deducted from final payment. The final payment will be adjusted according to the changes in the travel itinerary, the time of the year and destination selected.
- All payments received will be transferred to the new, rescheduled booking.
- In case a travel date cannot yet be determined, Travass Life will extend a voucher for future travel credit, equal to the IDR amount paid.
- The travel credit can be used only for booking another tour offers of Travass Life and can’t be exchanged with money.
